We accept returns or exchanges requests for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items only.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you will not be responsible for paying the delivery fees of your exchange. Please contact us to handle the case within 3 days from the date you received the order.

If more than 3 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Please ensure you have photographic or video evidence to assist us in assessing your claim and to confirm that the product is still sealed.
